Mission
Level the Playing Field in Development (LPFDev) is led by a community of activists and volunteers redefining the global development sector by addressing its deep-rooted colonial structures and advocating for equity, anti-racism, and decolonisation.
We work towards addressing and combating the challenges in these spaces by:
Shifting Aid Narratives
Moving beyond discussions to practical solutions
Contributing to the reform of current discriminatory frameworks and practices in the sector
Providing a safe platform for open and candid discussions
Collective activism within the global development community
