Maud kadye
FOUNDER
Maud Kadye is a dedicated activist for decolonisation and anti-racism in global development.
She established Level the Playing Field in Development (LPFDev) to reshape the global development sector by addressing its deep-rooted inequalities, advocating for reforms in systemic frameworks, and driving action-oriented change that dismantles colonial legacies.
As the driving force behind LPFDev, Maud leads the community of activists and volunteers working to shift aid narratives, advocate for practical solutions, and foster collective activism.
She has over 10 years of project and operations coordination in human rights, international development, and conflict resolution. She holds a master degree in Human Rights (LLM) and a bachelor's degree in Law (LLB).
